Either, because we we’re trying to be who someone thought we should be or we we’re beat into submission so very early in life. There’s only one you. This life is moving by so fucking fast!!! Listen to classical music. Classical music is great for calming your spirit.

Get a massage. If you don’t like to be touched. Buy yourself a good essential oil diffuser (https://amzn.to/41bDVSA). Burning lavender, ginger, eucalyptus, bergamot, etc., oils can be quite relaxing.
