Get a massage. If you don’t like to be touched. Buy yourself a good essential oil diffuser (https://amzn.to/41bDVSA). Burning lavender, ginger, eucalyptus, bergamot, etc., oils can be quite relaxing.

Savor a cup of tea. My favorite tea is African Solace Tea (https://amzn.to/3KEJkdV). It has a wonderful flavor and slight sweetness without adding sweeteners.

Curl up with a good book. (One of my favorite things to do!). I love fantasy fiction romance novels. Did l hear someone say, Shapeshifter?! 😍

Watch the sunrise or sunset. You’ll shed a tear or two. No just me? Okay…lol
